Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5 starting at 80% of your 1 rep max and if you are able to, increase the weight each set


In same sex pairs and with only one athlete working at once complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 Deadlifts 140/100kg
10 Strict handstand press ups
15 Abmat sit ups
