Working in same sex pairs complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 Stone to shoulder 65/45kg
10 Bar muscle ups (assisted if needed)
200m run with a sandbag 30/15kg (100m each, only change at the 100m point)
3-2-1-GO!!
