Skill / Strength

Push press 7-7-7-7-7 starting at 75% of your 1RM and increase the weight each set. If you fail to complete a 7 reduce as needed to finish the sets.


Beginning each round on minutes 0/4/8/12 complete 4 rounds, each for time of the following:

16 Shoulder to overhead 60/42.5kg
8 Burpees
16 Kettlebell swing 24/16kg
8 Burpees
