Front squat with a 3 second pause at the bottom of each rep 


Battle of the Gods Qualifier 15.3

In opposite sex pairs and with only one athlete working at any time complete the following for time:

100 Chest to bar pull ups / Pull ups
100 Wall balls 9/6kg to a 10/9' target 

Every time you come off the bar or stop wall ball shots both athletes must complete 5 down ups and both must be completed for the work to continue

Time cap 12 minutes
