In 12 minutes complete the following:

10 Deadlifts 100/70kg
10 Box jumps 24/20"
20 Double unders
9 Deadlifts 100/70kg
9 Box jumps 24/20"
20 Double unders
8 Deadlifts 100/70kg
8 Box jumps 24/20"
20 Double unders    7/7/20, 6/6/20, 5/5/20...down to 1/1/20

Then in the remaining time complete as many ring muscle ups as possible
