In same sex teams of three, you have 15 minutes for each athlete to establish a max weight on the following complex:

5 Deadlifts, 5 hang squat cleans, 5 shoulder to overhead, 5 front squats


In same sex teams of 3 and with only 2 athletes working at any time, complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

Part A - As many ground to overhead as possible at weight of your choice 
(100 reps @ 60kg = 6000)

Part B - As many reps as possible of any of the following: Pull ups, Toes to bar, Down ups 
(100 pull ups, 50 toes to bar, 30 down ups = 180)

Athletes can move between part A and B as often as they want
