Snatch balance 5-5-5-5-5


In same sex pairs complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

10 Hang squat snatch 42.5/30kg & 20 Kettlebell swings 32/24kg each
(Each set is performed simultaneously before swapping over)
15 Syncronised press ups

3 burpee penalty for both athletes if the barbell or kettlebell are placed on the floor during any set
