40 Kettlebell swings 24/16kg
30 Front squats 60/40kg
20 Head touch burpee box jump overs 24/20"
10 Chest to bar pull ups / Pull ups
5 Ground to overhead via any clean and any S2O 60/40kg

Time cap - 10 minutes
