Establish a 1 rep max squat snatch

Then complete a maximum unbroken set of touch and go at 75% of the 1RM established above


Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 Hang squat snatch 42.5/30kg
15 Press ups
20 Kettlebell swings 32/24kg

3 burpee penalty if the barbell or kettlebell are placed on the floor during any set
