In same sex teams of 3, using only one bar, box and rower and with only 1 athlete working at any time complete as many reps as possible in 9 minutes on the following:

0:00-1:30 - Deadlifts (75kg/45kg)
1:30-3:00 - Pullups
3:00-4:30 - Snatch (45kg/25kg)
4:30-6:00 - Box jumps (24”/20”)
6:00-7:30 - Shoulder to overhead (45kg/25kg)
7:30-9:00 - Calorie row
