Establish a 3 rep max front squat

Metcon

Complete as many reps as possible on the following ladder:

0-1 minute to complete:
5 Front squats 52.5/35kg
5 Chest to bar pull ups

1-2 minutes to complete:
6 Front squats 52.5/35kg
6 Chest to bar pull ups

2-3 minutes to complete:
7 Front squats 52.5/35kg
7 Chest to bar pull ups

8/8, 9/9, 10/10, 11/11....etc

You only have 1 minute to complete both the front squats and pull ups and can not start the next set until the turn of the minute.
