Skill / Strength

Alternate between 3 rounds of the following with a 60 second rest between each:

30 Second freestanding handstand hold with assistance if needed
20 Shoulder taps with nose and toes to the wall
20 Shrugs with nose and toes to the wall


Complete as many reps as possible in 30 minutes of:

1 rope climb
10' Handstand walk
5 Deadlifts 120/80kg
5 Strict toes to bar
5 Strict pull ups
10 Hand release press ups
