On the minute every minute you have 20 seconds to complete 3 shoulder to overhead on the following ladder. If you get to the final weight complete as many reps as possible in the 20 seconds.



With an opposite sex partner complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes working for 1 minute and resting for 1 minute on the following:

5 Synchronised burpee step ups 20"
10 Strict pull ups (assisted if needed)
10 Synchronised power cleans 50/35kg
30 Double unders (one partner must fully complete before the partner can start)
