Then complete a maximum unbroken set of touch and go at 85% of the 5RM established above

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

10 Hang power clean and press 60/42.5kg
20 Over bar lateral jumps
10 Hang power clean and press 60/42.5kg
20 Over bar burpees
10 Hang power clean and press 60/42.5kg
20 Down ups with 2 over bar lateral jumps between each down up

3-2-1-GO!!
