On the minute every minute for 10 minutes, you have 30 seconds to complete 3 squat cleans @ 75% of your 1 rep max. Each time you do not complete 3 successful lifts in 30 seconds reduce the weight by 5%.


5 rounds of 2 minutes to run 200m and in the remaining time complete as many reps as possible of:

Hang squat clean 50/35kg 

2 minute rest between rounds
