In same sex pairs complete as many reps as possible in 14 minutes with 2 minutes on each of the following:

Atlas stone to shoulder 50/30kg
Assisted muscle ups
Tyre deadlift 
Wall ball to each other over a 8' target 20/14lb
80 foot farmers carry 32/24kg (alternating)
Pairs, shoulder to overhead with log
Toes to bar
