'Bring Sally Up' back squat challenge 60/42.5kg


In pairs with only one athlete working at once, complete the following for time:

50 Clusters 60/42.5kg
50 Knees to elbows
50 Handstand press ups
50 Deadlifts 60/42.5kg
50 Wall balls 20/14lb to a 10/9' target

Every minute on the minute both athletes must complete 5 burpees before the above can be continued
