Ladders and hurdles drills


5 minutes with as many attempts as you like to establish a maximum broad jump and vertical jump 


Team 'Kelly'

In teams of two complete 5 rounds for time of:

400m Run 
30 Box Jumps 24/20"
30 Wall Balls 20/16lb to a 10/9' target 

The run must be completed by both athletes at the same time and the box jumps can not commence until both are back at the box. Both athletes must complete at least 1 rep of each exercise each round!
