WOD - 'Mary'

Complete as many rounds as as possible in 20 mins of:

5 Handstand push ups
10 Pistols (one leg squats)

15 Pull Ups

CrossFit Cheltenham Competitors Class 

Complete a max effort every 30 seconds for 9 mins rotating through the following:
Strict Pull Ups
Strict Ring Dips
Max handstand walk for distance

Complete AMRAP in 6 mins of:
6 OHS, 60/40kg
9 Lateral Barbell Burpees
12 T2B
