In teams of 2 complete 3 rounds for time of: 

Both team members will run 600m while the other does AMRAP of cindy:

5 Pull ups
10 Press ups
15 Squats


Record rounds/reps completed to calculate your average time per round of Cindy. The partner takes over at the exact point you leave the AMRAP to go for your run.
