Complete the following for time:
3 rounds of:
  10 Snatches 43/29kg
  12 Bar-facing burpees
Then, rest 3 minutes before continuing with:
3 rounds of:
  10 Bar muscle-ups
  12 Bar-facing burpees

Complete the following for time:
3 rounds of:
  10 Snatches 20/15kg
  12 Bar-facing burpees
Then, rest 3 minutes before continuing with:
3 rounds of:
  10 Pull ups
  12 Bar-facing burpees

Time cap - 12 Minutes

Tie breaker time - If the workout is not completed inside 12 minutes, the time at the completion of the first 3 rounds will be the tie breaker
