WOD

Working in same sex partners with only one person working at a time complete:

A - Complete as many reps as possible in 16 minutes of:

50 Power snatches 42.5/30kg
50 Pull ups
50 Front rack forward lunge steps 42.5/30kg
50 Press ups

Rest 4 minutes 

Complete 8 x 200m sandbag sprints for time (4 each, alternating each 200m)

Men - 25kg
Women - 15kg
