Part A

20 Box jump overs 24/20”

Part B

Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

20 Toes to bar
20 Axel bar push press 52.5/35kg

Rest 2 minutes

Part C

Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

200m run
20 Dumbbell Cleans 30/20kg
