Working in a same sex team of 4 complete the following on a 40 min running clock:

Part A - For time:
5 x 50m Sled Pulls each at 60% of your teams average weight

Part B - For total weight
In remaining time establish a ‘CrossFit Total’

1 rep max Strict Press
1 rep max Back Squat
1 rep max Deadlift

3-2-1-GO!!
