German Throwdown Final WOD 5

In a 4 minute period:
Check in - Unbroken 20 second freestanding handstand hold
Then in the remaining time complete as many reps as possible with a weight of your choice on the following complex:
Snatch deadlift, hang power snatch, full squat snatch
Total = Single reps x Kg's (Only full complex reps count towards the total)
If you are have not completed the 20 second hold within 2 minutes move to the barbell
