WOD CrossFit Cheltenham Winter League 15.3

In same sex teams of three complete as many reps as possible in 15 minutes on the following while the relevant static holds are being performed:

30 Box jump/step overs 24/20”
(Reps will only be counted when 2 athletes are be hanging from the rig)

30 Deadlifts/Pairs deadlift 100/70kg
(Reps will only be counted when 1 athlete is holding a plank position on the floor)

60 Lateral jumps over the bar
(Reps will only be counted when 2 athletes are sat in the bottom of an air squat)

30 Sandbag shoulder to overhead 30/15kg
(Reps will only be counted when 1 athlete is being lifted off the floor by another)
