Part A

12 minutes to establish a max broad, vertical and box jump

Part B

Alternate between the following with a 60 second rest between each set:

3x10 Jump squats at 25% of your 1RM back squat
3x10 Strict pull ups

Part C

Working with a same sex partner complete as many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

Burpee box jump overs 24/20"
