Working with a same sex partner complete the following 3 parts with a 2 minute rest between each:
Part A
Complete as many reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
Sandbag ground to overhead 30/15kg
Part B
Do a full round each before switching to complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes of:
30 Double unders
8 Burpees
Part C
Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes of:
100 foot farmers walk 32/24kg
20 Kettlebell swings 32/24kg
