Complete 3 rounds of the following for time:
20 Alternating backward lunge steps on the spot with a single kettlebell in front rack (10 each arm) 32/24kg
20 Knees to elbows
20 Single leg kettlebell deadlifts (10 each leg) 32/24kg
20 AbMat sit ups
20 Single arm kettlebell shoulder to overhead 32/24kg
