Establish a 1 rep max squat clean

Then complete a maximum unbroken set of touch and go at 75% of the 1RM established above

WOD

Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

'Karen' - 150 Wall balls 9/6kg to a 10/9' target

Then in the remaining time as many reps as possible of:

10 Down ups
50 Double unders
