With a 60 second rest between each, alternate between the following:

4 x 1 minute max distance handstand walk
4 x 1 minute max bar muscle ups

Complete 5 rounds for time of:

200m run
10 Kettlebell swings 24/16kg
10 Backward lunge steps on the spot with a single kettlebell overhead 24/16 (5 left, 5 right)
5 Wall climbs
2 Legless rope climbs 15'
