Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

2 Muscle ups
4 Handstand press ups
6 Deadlifts 100/70kg

Reps increase by 2 each round (2,4,6 / 4,6,8 / 6,8,10 / 8,10,12...etc)

Scaled

Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

2 Jumping muscle ups
4 Push Press 35/25kg
6 Deadlifts 70/50kg

Reps increase by 2 each round (2,4,6 / 4,6,8 / 6,8,10 / 8,10,12...etc)
