3 Attempts to establish a 3 rep max touch and go squat clean

Then complete a maximum unbroken set of touch and go at 80% of the 3RM established above

You have 3 minutes to complete 3 rounds of the following:

10 Thrusters 42.5/34kg
10 Chest to bar pull ups

If you complete, you then have up to 6 minutes to complete another 3 rounds. You may start the 4th round as soon as you have finished the 3rd and do not have to wait until the 3 min point. Should you complete 6 rounds inside 6 minutes you then have 9 minutes to complete 9 rounds etc.....
