3 Attempts to establish a 3 rep max touch and go squat snatch

Then complete a maximum unbroken set of touch and go at 80% of the 3RM established above

Working in same sex teams of 4 you have 15 minutes to establish a max distance with the following:


Sled 60/40kg

2 Kettlebells 32/24kg
1 Sandbag 30/15kg

(The kettlebells and sandbag can not be placed on the sled!)
