CrossFit Cheltenham WOD

Working in same sex threes complete the following

Part A

With only one athlete working at any time, share the work however you choose to complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 Kettlebell swings 24/16kg
10 Double unders
10 Goblet squats 24/16kg
10 Rope climbs 12'

(10 burpee penalty if the kettlebell touches the ground at any time during the 10 minutes)


Part B

With only one athlete working at any time, share the work however you choose to complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

20 Hang cleans 52.5/35kg
20 Knees to elbows
20 Shoulder to overhead 52.5/35kg
20 Handstand press ups 

(10 burpee penalty if the barbell touches the ground at any time during the 10 minutes)
