Skill / Strength

Working in same sex pairs complete the following:

Part A

Share the work as you want to complete a max power output in 4 minutes of:

Atlas stone to shoulder (weight x reps = score)

Part B

Share the work as you want to complete as many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

Rope climb 15'

Part C

Athletes will alternate exercises to complete as many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

5 Kettlebell swings 24/16kg
5 Burpees
5 Knees to elbows
(Athletes must do all reps of one exercise then the partner will take over to all the reps of the next etc...)

Part D

With only one athlete working at any time, with no assistance at all from the partner, complete as many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

Sled pulls 60/42.5kg (Over a distance of 20m - each 20m completed is 1 rep)
