CrossFit Cheltenham WOD

In teams of 3 complete the following three parts

Part A

Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

Wall balls 9/6kg to 10/9' target

On the minute every minute all athletes complete 5 burpees, the WOD starts with 5 burpees.

Part B

With only one athlete working at any time on each element, complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

Box jump overs or step overs (both feet must be on top of the box at same time) 24/20"
Rope climbs 12'

Rope climbs and box jumps can be performed at the same time.

Part C

With only one athlete working at any time, complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes on the following ladder:

1 Deadlift 100/70kg
1 Handstand Press up
2 Deadlift 100/70kg
2 Handstand Press up
3 Deadlift 100/70kg
3 Handstand Press up........4/4, 5/5, 6/6, 7/7 etc
