Working in same sex threes complete the following

Part A

Share the work however you choose to complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

Atlas stone to shoulder 65/40kg

(Every time an athlete completes a stone to shoulder the two remaining athletes must complete 1 down up which can be performed during the lift)

Part B

Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

100m Sandbag carry 30/15kg (all athletes run the 100m sharing the sandbag)
20 Box jump overs 24/20"
10 Synchronised squats, all holding the sandbag 30/15kg
20 Sandbag hang clean and jerk 30/15kg

(10 burpee penalty if the sandbag touches the ground or the box at any time during the 12 minutes)
