Tribal Clash training WOD 

In teams of 4 (2 male, 2 female) complete as many reps as possible in 24 minutes of:

1 or 2 members of the team must farmers carry 2 x 24kg kettlebells 200m for as many rounds as possible.

While 1 or 2 team members are on the farmers carry the remaining 2 or 3 team members must complete as many reps as possible of:

0:00-3:00 Tyre deadlifts 

3:00-6:00 Log ground to overhead

6:00-9:00 Bar muscle ups (2 assisted = 1 rep)

9:00-12:00 Med ball throws over a 8' target

12:00-15:00 Partner carries for distance

15:00-18:00 Toes to bar

18:00-21:00 Rope climbs 12'

Your score will be in two parts:
1 The total amount of farmers carries completed
2 The total reps completed on the 7 stations
