10 Shoulder to overhead 52.5/35kg

10 Deadlift 52.5/35kg
10 Box jump 24/20"

Battle of the Beasts Qualifier WOD 1

With a weight of your choice, complete as many reps as possible in 6 minutes to establish a max power output of:

5 Power clean
4 Front squats
3 Shoulder to overhead

Reps x Weight = Total score
Eg 92 reps x 50kg = 4600
