In same sex teams of 3 complete these Wild West inspired WODs

Part A

As a team you have 10 minutes to establish a 3 rep max overhead squat each

Part B

With one athlete doing a full round on their own complete as many rounds as possible in a relay style in 15 minutes of:

10 Wall balls 9/6kg to a 10/9' target
100m run 
10 Down ups
