Working in same sex teams of 3 complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes on the following:

40 Box jump/step overs 24/20”
(Reps will only be counted when 2 athletes are be hanging from the rig)

40 Sandbag shoulder to overhead 30/15kg
(Reps will only be counted when 1 athlete is in a ski sit hold against the upright of the rig)

40 Deadlift 80/55kg
(Reps will only be counted when 2 athletes are holding a plank position on the floor)

40 Double unders

(Reps will only be counted when 1 athlete is being lifted off the floor by another)
