Establish a 20 rep max front rack walking lunge

CrossFit Cheltenham Mixed Sex Pairs Throwdown WOD 1

Complete as many reps as possible in 6 minutes of:

20 Synchronised box step ups 20”
30 Sandbag forward lunge steps, on the spot 30/15kg
40 Double unders or 120 single skips (not a mix of the two, decide before the WOD)
30 Goblet squats 24/16kg
20 Partner lacrosse ball throw and catch (10 each arm, left to right & right to left) 8’ distance

Apart from the step ups and the ball throws only one athlete can work at any time.
