30 Seconds max distance handstand walk

10 Ring rows

Metcon

Working for a minute and resting for a minute complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

5 Ground to overhead 42.5/30kg
5 Reverse burpees
20 Lateral jumps over the bar
