CrossFit Cheltenham WOD

Working with a same sex partner complete the following 3 parts

Part A

With one bar between the two athletes, you have 5 minutes to establish a max power output of:

Ground to overhead 

Weight in kg's x Reps = Score (eg 50kg x 60 = 3000)

Part B

Share the work as you please to complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

Burpee box step overs 20" with 2 kettlebells 24/16kg 


Part C

Alternating with your partner complete as many reps as possible in 5 minutes of:

Strict ring dips athlete 1
Strict ring dips athlete 2
Strict pull ups athlete 1
Strict pull ups athlete 2
