Working in teams of 4 complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Atlas stone to shoulder 65/45kg
8 Synchronised burpees
6 Bar muscle ups (assisted if needed)
4 Rope climbs
2 Deadlifts 160kg (individual or partner deadlift)
While one pair of athletes are working on the above the other pair are completing a 260m partner carry.
Score is in 2 parts - The total rounds completed of the above and the total number of 260m partner carries completed.
