Part A

Handstand walk as many feet as possible in 4 minutes - every time you come down perform 5 air squats

Rest 4 minutes then...

Part B

Complete as many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

Burpee pull ups to a bar 6/4" above max reach

3-2-1-GO!!
