CrossFit Cheltenham WOD

Part A

Battle of the Boxes WOD 2

Working in teams of 5, athletes have 8 minutes to each establish a 1 rep max cluster (squat clean thruster)

Part B

Derived from the Battle of the Boxes WOD 1

Working in teams of 5 and with any 2 athletes working at the same time complete the following for time:

60-40-20 
Chest to bar pull ups
Down ups

The reps can only take place when a 140kg barbell is held off the floor at the top of a deadlift (1 male or 2 female athletes can hold the bar)

Time cap - 8 minutes

3-2-1-GO!!

(There will be substitute options for anyone suffering with their hands from Murph)
