Work to a heavy weight on the following complex:

5 Deadlifts, 5 Shoulder to overhead, 5 Front squats

Metcon

With a barbell at 60% of your body weight, complete as many reps as possible in 30 minutes on the following ascending ladder:

1 of each then 2 of each, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.......etc
