3 Attempts to establish a 5 rep max touch and go squat clean

Then complete a maximum unbroken set of touch and go at 85% of the 5RM established above

Metcon 

Complete as many reps as possible in 6 minutes on the following ladder:
1,2,3,4,5,6.....etc

Hang power clean 52.5/35kg
Toes to bar
Ring dip

Rest 1 minute then....

For time:
Run 400m
